Grounded Judgement
or Confident Garbage?
Your market position is only as strong as the evidence under it. Give us a web address and we read that page the way a buyer who checks does, then score how much of your positioning stands on something they can verify.
Reading your site now. This takes about 40 seconds, because every claim is read three times.
Nothing graded yet. Low is good.
A buyer who cannot check a claim does not argue with it. They discount it, and they discount the next one too.
Readers who believe a piece was written by AI rate its author lower on trustworthiness, competence and caring, and the effect is sharpest in the writing meant to build a relationship. Researchers at the University of Tokyo's Interactive Intelligent Systems Lab measured that across 990 responses, published at ACM IUI 2026.
And the checking now happens by default. TrustRadius surveyed 1,862 technology buyers in January 2026: of those who used AI to research a purchase, 94% fact-check what it tells them, and vendor marketing collateral ranked last among the sources they consult.

What This Usually Says About a Business
A score above 25 is usually a signal about how a business runs. A website is written by marketing, and what goes into it comes from sales, from the customer teams and from whoever set the direction. When the claims on a page drift from the evidence already inside the business, the drift starts upstream of the page.
A score of 25 or under is usually a signal about how a business runs. A website is written by marketing, and what goes into it comes from sales, from the customer teams and from whoever set the direction. Claims that stay close to the evidence mean those teams are working from one picture of the business.
Each team is right about its own part. Marketing works from the positioning it was given. Sales learns what actually wins, in conversations that rarely get written down. Customer teams know what the product does in practice, month after month. A score in this range is what those parts look like when they are kept apart.
Where the writing is grounded in evidence, we usually find commercial teams that are working from one picture of how the business wins and grows customers, and a business growing on the strength of it.
That picture is a commercial architecture: the teams, the processes and the systems that decide how you win. Resetting it is the work we do at Liffey.
That reaches well beyond one piece of writing. It decides how quickly a new hire becomes useful, whether two people give the same buyer the same answer, and how fast the positioning moves when the market does. Where we see it, we usually see a business growing on the strength of it.
That shared picture is a commercial architecture: the teams, the processes and the systems that decide how you win. Building it and keeping it current is the work we do at Liffey.
